Your first fit is free. One pass through the product: one import, the conversation, one fit, one resume. No card.
$34.99/month, billed monthly, renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings, under Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and your data stays yours either way. No refunds for partial months.
One model run on your data. The fine print above lists them: a fit, a resume, a cover letter, an interview prep pack, a set of conversation questions, or one answer you record. Importing a CV does not count, and the count resets each time your plan renews.
You keep the subscription until the end of the month you paid for. After that the account stays and so does everything in it: your career graph, your fit reports, and your documents. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying. The one clock that applies is the same one as for every free account: if nobody signs in for twelve months, the account and everything in it are deleted, with an email to your sign-in address thirty days before. You can delete records yourself on the graph page whenever you want.
Resumes, cover letters, and interview prep download as .docx. Your career graph does not export today. If you want a copy of everything AppliAid holds about you, ask from your sign-in address at support@appliaid.com and it will be sent.
No. There is no clock on it. It waits in your account until you use it, and no card is held in the meantime.
It can. It is a model reading your graph, so check every document before you send it. Every bullet is written from records in your graph and carries the ones it came from, and every fit verdict shows its reasoning requirement by requirement. Fix the record on the graph page and generate again, or write to support@appliaid.com. The reasoning that sentence promises is written out in full on how scoring works.
No. AppliAid has no models of its own. Anthropic, which runs the models that read your CV and write your documents, does not train on what we send it, and Deepgram, which turns a spoken answer into text, is told not to on every request. Your data is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. The processors that touch it to make the product work are named in the privacy policy.
One import, one conversation, one honest verdict, one cited resume. Then decide.
No card. No clock on the free pass.
