Paste the posting. Attach your CV. AppliAid reads both, judges every requirement against what you have actually done, and comes back with a score from 0 to 100 and the gaps written down. If you should not apply, it says so, and why.
The posting is split into its requirements, each typed as a must-have, a responsibility or a nice-to-have. Each one is put against your record and comes back met, partial or gap, with the reasoning and the single strongest piece of evidence named. The score is a weighted average of the evidence, done in code, so the same judgements always give the same number.
Then a recommendation. Strong is apply. Moderate is apply when no must-have is missing, and reframe when one is. Stretch is reframe or develop, depending on whether partials or gaps outnumber each other. Poor is skip. The whole method, with the weights and the bands, is on How scoring works, and the same rules written as advice for a posting you are looking at now are on Should I apply?.
After the verdict, one cited resume is part of the free pass: every bullet names the record it came from, and nothing AppliAid guessed reaches the page.
